Missional Opportunities

As Christians, we are called to go and make disciples. This involves stepping out of our comfort zone to serve others in a variety of ways. As a helpful tool for our church, we have compiled a list of missional opportunities that we would love for you to take part in! Once you've had a Missional Experience through one of these opportunities, please tell us about it here: /my-missional-experience

  • Keeley Friday Coffee Outpost is a service and missional outreach to the parents of Keeley Elementary. Right now, we're just a parking lot to the parents of Keeley kids. School starts at 8:10am. Each day 30-50 families use our parking lot to park and walk their kids to school at the crosswalk.

We can be more. The Keeley Friday Coffee Outpost will start the Friday after Easter, April 22, and continue each Friday through June 3, serving coffee from 7am until 8:30am. It is sponsored by the Men's Ministry but we invite everyone at Lake Cities to help out. We need people to help setup, make coffee, greet the parents/familiesserve coffee, share literature and activity sheets with the children, help clean up, and most importantly, if the Lord wills, share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
