Meet our amazing staff and leaders

  • Craig Schill - Senior Pastor

Pastor Craig planted Lake Cities Community Church in 2007 after graduating with his master's of theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Prior to this, Craig worked in the field of Human Resources in northern Arizona. His passions are preaching, mentoring, and the study of church leadership.

In addition to pastoring, he teaches as an adjunct faculty member at DTS, having received his doctorate of ministry in advanced expository preaching in 2018. He has been married to his wonderful wife Tammy since 1990, and they have four children.

  • Sam Allen - Worship Pastor

Sam joined the staff of Lake Cities in 2016 after moving back home to Texas from Nashville, TN. He oversees the worship, online, and Celebrate Recovery ministries within the church.

Sam enjoys playing board games, looking forward to new Star Wars movies, and petting his cat. He has an amazing wife named Brooke and two young sons named Ezra and Asher.

  • Hunter Gibson - Next Gen Pastor

Hunter has been in vocational ministry since 2011 and has enjoyed every minute of it! He joined the staff at Lake Cities in 2020 when the church merged with Eastern Hills Baptist Church and currently serves over children and youth.

He was raised in Forney (go Jackrabbits!) and is a diehard Star Wars fan and loves movies in general- you can always count on him for having a movie quote on standby. He loves all things sports, but college football is his fav, with MLB coming in a close second.

  • Judy Master - Community Collective Coordinator

Judy has been a member of Lake Cities for years, but officially joined the staff in 2018. She is responsible for leading many of our community events and behind the scenes work of the church.

  • Ann Maloney - Administrative Assistant

Ann recently moved to the Dallas area from Edmond, Oklahoma. She was an Okie and is now a Texan! She is responsible for assisting the staff and the church with a variety of tasks and projects.

  • The Elders

These Godly men serve LCCC as elders: Ali Master (Chairman), Micah Foster, Allen Johnson, Brett Hendley, Keegan Williamson, Bryan Calmes, and Craig Schill.

They volunteer their time and energy to pour into the heart of the church and ensure that we are fulfilling our mission to win, build, and send.

  • The Deacons

Many of the day to day ministries of Lake Cities are run by our deacons- a group of women and men who oversee the budget, benevolence, and building of our church.

Our deacons include: Trevor Schill (Chairman), Andrew Eubanks, Shawn Harned, Brendon Harcourt, Scott Songer, & Renee Songer.
